6.5 Refund policy - Unlock Report . Unlock codes are not guaranteed to be in the report, for many factors, including but not limited to, your network refusing to accept the unlock request if your phone is, on contract, fees owing, locked permanently due to subsidised purchase deal with network at new purchase, reported lost or stolen. In these cases a full refund will be issued. Your unlocking report will be emailed to the address entered during checkout.
6.5b Unfullfilled orders will be refunded.
6.6 Cancellations are not accepted once report has been generated, refunds will not be given after report has been generated.
